Overview
Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager, where you will lead the development, optimization, and oversight of manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, high-quality production. Responsibilities
- Design and review detailed schematics and technical drawings using CAD software such as SolidWorks to support tooling and equipment development.
- Collaborate with industrial engineers and process engineers to develop scalable manufacturing solutions that meet ISO 9001 standards for quality management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; and advanced degrees are a plus.
- Proven experience in automotive manufacturing environments with a strong background in factory operations, fabrication, and tooling.
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, CAD design (SolidWorks, Creo), CNC programming (CAM), GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and industrial schematics.
- Familiarity with process engineering concepts such as continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing), factory layout optimization, and industrial engineering best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills for root cause analysis and troubleshooting complex mechanical or process issues.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and experience implementing quality management systems within a manufacturing setting.
