Summary
As a Versatrim Color Coordinator or Print Operator you are responsible for the custom creation and replication of images to coordinate with our customer’s varied flooring planks. You must have Adobe Photoshop skill to manipulate and replicate a scanned design and proficiently operate and maintain a large industrial printer. You have Mac computer skills to store and locate digital files as well as perform regular housekeeping such as organizing, cleaning, and maintaining said digital files and other physical files. You will also operate and use an industry standard Lightbox to obverse changes in images and make the necessary adjustments. You will occasionally be required to dispose of hazardous waste and lift up to 25 lbs. You will occasionally climb ladders and use sharp objects. We require you to be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED. Essential Functions:
- Foresee potential problems and aid team in avoiding or resolving problems before they impact projects.
- Work with other departments to ensure that colors are being completed and approved on schedule
- Understand job scope and cut sample from appropriate area
- Be able to save color information and navigate necessary computer systems
- Proficiently operate and maintain color machine
- Digitally adjust color per customer and flooring requirements
- Perform proper disposal of hazardous materials
- Perform regular housekeeping including maintaining equipment, organizing and cleaning print room, and work space
- Solve color issues and make necessary modifications to ensure successful samples
- Frequently bend and lift up to 25 lbs
- Superior color vision with an ability to see color accurately without sensitivity to multiple light settings
- Must be comfortable using sharp objects and climbing ladders

Qualifications & Skills:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree in a business related field preferred)
- Competent in Adobe Photoshop and use of Mac PC
- Familiar with Durst printer

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
