The Deer Head Inn is looking for an experienced cook to join our small team. You will be responsible for line prep, receiving orders, cooking on the line. Prefer that candidates have at least 1 year experience working on the line. Must have knowledge of health and safety requirements. Must keep a clean, organized work station. Hours are Thursdays 11 am to 10:30 pm; some Sundays and Mondays.

Summary
As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will support kitchen operations by preparing and cooking menu items with precision and efficiency. Reporting to the kitchen supervisor, you will ensure food is cooked to specification, maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness, and uphold organized mise en place throughout service. Leveraging core skills in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen safety, you will contribute to timely food production, quality, and a positive guest experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Your dedication to teamwork and professional culinary practice will help our kitchen run smoothly.
