Part time Cleaner needed to service 1 - 2 medical suites in the Lawrenceville, GA area
5 days - Monday - Friday after 5:30pm
- $625/biweekly for both suites
- $312.50/biweekly for one suite
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and sanitizing surfaces in various settings
- Handle chemical agents safely following established safety protocols and procedures
- Maintain high standards of sanitation in restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure health and safety compliance
- Follow facility-specific cleaning schedules and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
Requirements
- Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred; training provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and sanitation standards
- Ability to handle chemical agents safely following safety protocol adherence
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality service
- Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and staff
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential for scheduled shifts
Pay: $625.00 - $1,250.00 per month
