Position Title: Rental Delivery Lead
Department: Mountain Direct
Classification: Winter Seasonal, Full-Time
Position Overview
Support Jackson Hole Mountain Resort rental delivery service in leading the rental staff, assisting the management, and ensuring smooth operations to provide superior experience to the guests
Job Duties
- Maintain efficient daily operation of the rental department focusing on fleet inventory and the tech process.
- Work with the Rental Supervisor/Manager to plan for and ensure maximum efficiency in the rental flow process.
- Weekly analysis of Rental Time reports with action plans for peak periods, rental reservations, and group accommodation.
- Provide exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for customers
- Coordinate maintenance of rental/demo fleet tuning with Repair Supervisor.
- Maintain quality and condition of ski/snowboard boots.
- Work with Retail Manager in ordering parts and supplies to maintain rental fleet.
- Work with Rental Supervisor/Manager for on-going operational and retail cross-selling training for end of season bulk sale
- Work with Rental Supervisor/Manager on disseminating information regarding incoming groups and discount scenarios.
- Coordinate rental fleet setup and ASTM testing.
- Assist with training and motivating rental staff.
- Assist with re-stocking products as needed.
- Assist with opening and closing shop procedures.
- Follow all proper safety practices for guests and staff.
- Inventory all rental equipment when receiving shipments.
- Works with Rental Supervisor/Manager to ensure adequate product assortment.
- Ensure conscientious inventory control through POS transactions and inventory management.
- Assist with online orders as needed.
- Assist in executing rentals, promotions, and transfers.
- Assist customers with questions about products, while ensuring up to date and adequate product knowledge.

- Basic computer skills and Microsoft Suite proficiency
- Basic knowledge of the bike/ski/snowboard industry and the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort
- Ability to interact with the public to provide superior guest experience.
- Ability to operate a point-of-sale system
- Leadership skills to assist in motivating staff.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail operations preferred.
- Previous experience in resort operations preferred.
