Pipefitter Responsibilities Include:
- Installing Commercial and Industrial piping systems including chilled water, hot water, steam, condensate, condensed water.
- Must be versed with multiple materials of pipe (Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel etc.)
Pipefitter Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of Pipefitting experience of commercial or industrial construction in the field.
- Knowledge of pipefitter equipment and power tools.
- Tools of the trade.
- Strong work ethic with a positive and calm mindset.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time and to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Perform mathematical calculations pertaining to the manipulation of angles such as rolling offsets, cutback of fittings, and takeout between welds and other fits.
