We’re looking for a Material Handler to support our Paint (Powder Coating) team. This role is essential to keeping production moving efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities

Safely move, handle, and position materials to prevent damage and maintain product quality

Follow work instructions and verify job specifications, including quantities and color requirements

Lift, hang, and remove metal components (60–100 lbs.) on overhead lines for powder coating

Use tools and equipment such as drills, air hoses, and material handling devices

Assist in moving materials through ovens and paint booths using bars and other equipment

Monitor product quality and ensure proper preparation before and after coating

Support finishing processes, including lowering coated materials and preparing them for shipment

Stack, palletize, and organize finished goods and packing materials

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support workflow efficiency

Follow direction, adapt to changing priorities, and support overall production needs

Previous experience in material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing environments preferred

Ability to lift and maneuver 60–100 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift

Comfortable operating small tools and working with industrial materials

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

The Material Handler supports the Paint (Powder Coating) Department by safely moving, preparing, and handling metal components throughout the coating process. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product quality, production efficiency, and workplace safety.
