Ro Health is currently hiring Behavioral Class Aides (BCAs) for the 2026-2027 school year in the Elk Grove Unified School District of Sacramento. In this role, you will provide substitute behavioral support by implementing Applied Behavioral Analysis for students in Pre-K through High School. Previous experience working with students with special needs, particularly Autism, is strongly preferred, especially in a 1:1 or group setting. We are dedicated to delivering the best care, helping students develop independence and growth throughout their school day.
