Position Highlights:
- Pay: $17.00/hour
- Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights every two weeks)
- Location: Cantonment, Florida

What You’ll Do:
- Operate sit-down forklifts to load, unload, move, and stack materials throughout the production and warehouse areas
- Safely transport palletized product, raw materials, and equipment across departments
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns
- Assist with inventory control, staging shipments, and accurate recordkeeping using inventory systems
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas, following all company policies and OSHA standards
- Work closely with shipping, receiving, and production teams to support efficient workflow
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of recent forklift experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment
- Strong knowledge of material handling safety protocols and forklift operation standards
- Comfortable working 12-hour shifts, rotating every two weeks between days and nights
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout your shift
- Strong attention to detail and excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Previous experience with inventory systems or RF scanners is a plus
- High school diploma or GED preferred
