✨ What You’ll Do:
- Guide companies through their entire lifecycle—from formation to financings to M&A.
- Represent venture funds and investors backing tomorrow’s game-changing businesses.
- Advise clients on complex corporate governance and regulatory strategy.
- Work on the frontier of innovation: AI , Web3 , blockchain ️ , crypto ₿, the metaverse ️ , and beyond .
- Manage sophisticated matters while collaborating with a collegial, nationally recognized team .
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of ECVC or corporate law experience at a peer firm.
- Hands-on experience in venture financings, governance, and strategic counseling.
Excellent academics, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage client + counsel relationships.
