We're looking for someone who wants more than a part-time fitness job. We're looking for someone who wants to master the craft of teaching.
No previous barre teaching experience is required. We provide one of the industry's most comprehensive instructor training programs and will coach you every step of the way.

We hire throughout the year and train instructors in small cohorts to provide individualized coaching and support.

What You'll Do
Once certified, you'll:
- Deliver safe, effective, and engaging Bar Method classes.
- Coach clients with clear instruction, encouragement, and individualized modifications.
- Build genuine relationships with members before, during, and after class.
- Help create the welcoming, supportive culture our studio is known for.
- Continue growing through ongoing education, workshops, and coaching.
Training & Commitment
Instructor training is a significant investment for both you and our studio. It requires dedication, preparation, practice, and a willingness to receive detailed coaching.
