Looking for amazing people to work in our retail photo printing location on Wilson Ave SW in Grandville! When working, you will be responsible for helping customers fulfill their photo and creative project needs. You will be working in our casual retail environment, working with customers in the store, on the phone, and over email and chat.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers
- Analyze customer needs and recommend Photo EVO products or services
- Open and close store independently
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Requires working on Saturday
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a relaxed environment , but handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Photographic knowledge a plus
- Photoshop knowledge a plus
We are a strong Family owned, professional photographic lab, retail photo producer, as well as a direct to film, and apparel producer looking to add part time help at our Wilson Avenue & Northland Dr location.
