Title: Lead Mechanical Engineer
Salary: $170-$190k + benefits
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Schedule: Hybrid / 4 days a week in office
Overview
We’re working with a growing engineering firm seeking a Mechanical Engineering leader with strong experience in industrial ventilation systems. This is a key leadership role supporting complex industrial projects across multiple sectors.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a team of engineers and designers
- Oversee industrial ventilation, dust collection, HVAC, and exhaust system design
- Provide technical leadership and ensure quality deliverables
- Partner on multi-discipline industrial projects
- Mentor team members and support project execution
What We’re Looking For
- Mechanical Engineering degree
- Strong background in industrial ventilation / HVAC systems
- Leadership or team management experience
- Proficiency with engineering design and analysis tools
- Familiarity with ACGIH, NFPA, ASHRAE standards
- Experience in industrial environments (manufacturing, chemical, etc.)
