As a Crew Leader, you’re responsible for leading a small team, completing daily routes, and ensuring work meets JPJ standards. This role is ideal for someone with prior landscaping or lawn care experience who is ready to take on more responsibility.
What we’re looking for in Crew Leaders:

Previous lawn care, landscaping, or related field experience

Leadership and communication skills

Ability to train and hold crew members accountable

Strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Ability to drive a truck and trailer (or willingness to learn)

Reliable, professional behavior with both clients and teammates
