Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Crusher Operator. In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining crushing equipment to produce high-quality aggregate materials. Your expertise will ensure efficient plant operations, safety compliance, and optimal productivity.
Duties
- Operate crushing machinery such as jaw crushers, cone crushers, and screening equipment to process raw materials into desired sizes.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Monitor plant operations continuously, adjusting controls to optimize throughput and product quality.
- Perform minor repairs, welding, or fabrication as needed to maintain equipment integrity.
- Follow safety guidelines diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a crusher operator.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs or adjustments.
- Familiarity with fabrication techniques including welding and machining processes.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and plant maintenance.
- MSHA certified
