Sales Associate / Appointment Setter
Community Wellness Concierge | Delray Beach, FL
Community Wellness Concierge is seeking a motivated and professional Sales Associate to help expand our wellness programs into residential communities throughout South Florida.
We currently have approximately 200 prospective properties in our pipeline. Your primary responsibility will be contacting property managers, community leaders, and HOA decision-makers to introduce our services and schedule qualified site visits for the company owner.
Compensation
- $25 per hour base pay
- $50 bonus for every qualified site visit scheduled and completed
- $1,000 bonus for every new contract signed as a result of your outreach
This position offers significant earning potential for someone who is confident on the phone, organized, persistent, and motivated by performance-based incentives.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective residential properties
- Introduce Community Wellness Concierge and explain our programs
- Identify property managers and other key decision-makers
- Build professional relationships with prospective communities
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the company owner
- Follow up with prospects by phone and email
- Maintain accurate notes, contacts, and follow-up tasks in GoHighLevel
- Work closely with our Director of Operations to manage the sales pipeline
- Provide regular updates on calls, appointments, and prospect activity
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, business development, or outbound calling
- A professional, confident, and personable phone presence
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable speaking with property managers, HOA board members, and community leaders
- Organized and consistent with follow-up
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel or another CRM is preferred
- Self-motivated and comfortable working toward measurable goals
- Interest in fitness, wellness, property management, or residential communities is a plus
Work Location
This is an on-site position based at our Seven Bridges location in Delray Beach. The Sales Associate will work under the supervision of our Director of Operations.

Community Wellness Concierge provides turnkey fitness and wellness programs for luxury residential communities and HOAs. Our services include group fitness, personal training, wellness events, massage, assisted stretching, physical therapy coordination, nutrition services, and fitness-center management.
