Job Title: LPN – Long Term Care
Location: Finger Lakes Region, New York
Position: 13-week contract
Schedule: Full-time Nights, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM
Hours: 5x8hr shifts, every other weekend and holiday rotation required
Dates: 06/09/2026 – 09/12/2026
Requirements:

Previous Long Term Care experience preferred

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced LTC setting

Strong medication administration and patient care skills

Flexible with weekend and holiday scheduling
Certifications:

Active LPN license required
-
BLS required
Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to long term care residents

Administer medications and treatments as ordered

Monitor patient conditions and report changes appropriately

Complete accurate charting and documentation
-
Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team

Support resident safety, comfort, and quality of care
