Compensation: $125,000 + 6% Bonus
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Media to lead all aspects of performance and growth marketing focused on customer acquisition, revenue generation, and scalable eCommerce growth. This individual will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing paid media campaigns across multiple digital channels while managing budgets and driving measurable business results.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with creative thinking and has experience managing multi-million-dollar paid media budgets within a direct-to-consumer (DTC), retail, or eCommerce environment. This role will play a critical part in scaling customer acquisition strategies while partnering cross-functionally with creative, CRM, analytics, finance, retail, and influencer marketing teams.
- Own paid media strategy with a focus on customer acquisition and conversion across eCommerce and social channels.
- Manage campaigns across Meta, Google, Bing, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, and other emerging paid media platforms.
- Develop, launch, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns to drive revenue, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
- Manage campaign budgets at the daily, weekly, and monthly levels to maximize ROI and exceed revenue goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators and continuously optimize campaigns to improve efficiency and performance.
- Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights, trends, and recommendations.
- Develop ongoing testing strategies for creative assets, messaging, audience targeting, landing pages, and budget allocation.
- Identify opportunities for new acquisition channels and competitive advantages through market research and search trends.
- Manage affiliate marketing initiatives in partnership with the influencer marketing team.
- Collaborate with CRM, organic social, influencer marketing, analytics, finance, and creative teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Support retail marketing initiatives by developing paid media campaigns that drive store traffic, local events, and promotional initiatives.
- Partner with creative teams to develop compelling digital advertising that aligns with overall brand strategy.
- Track and report campaign performance using dashboards and performance reports.
- Present insights, recommendations, and optimization strategies to stakeholders.
- Work closely with analytics and finance teams to maximize marketing efficiency and budget allocation.
- 4–5+ years of digital performance marketing experience.
- Experience managing paid media budgets and full-funnel customer acquisition strategies.
- Strong background in direct-to-consumer (DTC), retail, or eCommerce marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Video campaigns.
- Experience managing campaigns across Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
- Strong analytical skills with experience creating dashboards, reporting, and performance insights.
- Experience balancing creative strategy with data-driven optimization.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Experience with Affiliate Marketing platforms.
- Experience with Creator Marketing platforms.
- Experience buying Streaming Video advertising.
- Experience working for rapidly growing consumer brands with multi-million-dollar paid media budgets.
- Base Salary: Up to $125,000
