What You’ll Do:
- Empower Clients: Provide exceptional targeted therapy services to individuals experiencing difficulties with anxiety, OCD, or ADHD helping them navigate life’s challenges and achieve their personal goals.
- Innovate & Collaborate: Work with a dynamic team of clinicians, sharing insights and strategies to continually enhance our services and outcomes.
- Grow & Thrive: Benefit from ongoing professional development opportunities, including specialized training.
- Caseload: Maintain a caseload of at least 15+ client hours per week through telehealth, providing accessible and convenient mental health services.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fully Licensed Therapist: Must hold a HSPP, LCSW or LMHC license for Indiana.
- Education: Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Experience & Expertise: Demonstrated experience in providing therapy services to individuals with anxiety, OCD, or ADHD, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices.
- Desire to specialize: A genuine desire to specialize and continue your education in treating anxiety, OCD, or ADHD.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.
- Technology Knowledge: Has knowledge and ability to use Google Suite, and EHR software.
- Telehealth: Has experience providing telehealth therapy
Compensation, because you really want to know and we respect your time:
- All of our clinicians are W-2 employees. That means you get paid for every hour you work. When you see clients, you get paid. When you attend a meeting, you get paid. When you attend a required training, you get paid.
- We do not offer benefits at this time.
- Therapist LCSW or LMHC-Starting pay for clinical time is$45 per hour for newly licensed therapists and $50+ per hour for experienced therapists. Admin time is paid at $25 per hour. Admin time is time spent on notes, meetings, consultation appointments, consultation groups, required trainings, and treatment plans.
- Psychologist HSPP-Starting pay for clinical time is $60 per hour for newly licensed psychologists and $70+ per hour for experienced psychologists. Admin time is paid at $30 per hour. Admin time is time spent on notes, meetings, consultation appointments, consultation groups, required trainings, and treatment plans.
