Position Overview:
The Primary Therapist is responsible for delivering individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients. This role requires a compassionate and skilled professional who can create and implement effective treatment plans while contributing positively to our interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and establish appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions in accordance with evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate treatment plans and provide holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and ongoing training programs.
- Contribute to program development and evaluation to ensure continuous improvement of services.
- Support clients and their families in understanding mental health conditions and coping strategies.
- Adhere to professional and ethical guidelines as outlined by relevant licensing boards and the facility.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Valid registration number with the BBS or BOP (AMFT, ACSW, APCC, Psychological Assistant)
- Preferably has 1 year of experience in a mental health setting, preferably in an outpatient environment.
- Strong understanding of various therapeutic models and interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and respecting sensitive patient information.
