We’re looking for an energetic, people-oriented Chiropractic Assistant who thrives on helping others, creating positive experiences, and building strong patient relationships. If you have a background in sales, customer service, or healthcare support — and genuinely enjoy serving people — we’d love to meet you.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll help create a welcoming, uplifting environment while supporting the doctor and guiding patients through their wellness journey. This position combines patient care, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Schedule appointments and manage front desk operations
- Educate patients on care plans, services, and wellness programs
- Support patient retention and follow-up communication
- Assist with office flow and administrative tasks
- Help maintain a positive, professional clinic atmosphere
- Build trust and lasting relationships with patients
- Confidently discuss treatment recommendations and wellness memberships
Qualifications
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Positive attitude and strong people skills
- Excellent communication and listening abilities
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Passion for health, wellness, and serving others
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Chiropractic or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
