What You’ll Do
- Lead and support the retail sales floor
- Train and coach sales associates
- Maintain merchandising, signage, pricing, and inventory organization
- Coordinate demos, events, and promotions
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Ensure tools and machines are demo-ready and properly displayed
What We’re Looking For
- Retail leadership or management experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
- Woodworking or tool knowledge preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
