What You'll Do
- Sell property & casualty (home, auto, flood and more) insurance products to new and existing clients
- Build and grow a referral network within the local community
- Consult with clients to match them with the right coverage across multiple carriers
- Manage your pipeline and consistently meet monthly sales targets
What You Need
- Active P&C insurance license (required)
- A consultative, customer-first approach to selling
- Proven ability to build relationships and grow a referral base
- Drive to hit targets and grow your income over time
