** Part Time/Full Time Floral Designer**
This is not an entry level position for floral design. If you are not an experienced floral designer your resume will not even be looked at.

**Responsibilities:**
- Create stunning floral designs for weddings, trade shows, special events, and daily arrangements
- Contribute to our eco-friendly practices, including recycling and composting initiatives
- Provide exceptional, friendly customer service
- Help with Deliveries as needed. We are small team and contribute with all roles.
**Requirements:**
- 2+ years of professional floral design experience
- Proven track record of executing large-scale floral installations
- Strong design skills with an eye for current trends and innovative floral aesthetics
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Commitment to sustainable and environmentally responsible practices
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Portfolio showcasing diverse and creative floral design work
**Compensation:**
Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
