Position Summary
We’re looking for a seasoned, hands-on Sales & Customer Service Manager to lead our inside sales and CSR teams.
No cold calling. You’ll manage warm, high-intent leads from coaches and athletic directors who already want to buy from us. Your mission: turn the sales team into an elite, high-energy unit that delivers fast quotes, exceptional follow-up, and a true VIP customer experience every single time.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on coaching, accountability, and results — not just managing from a distance.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Development
- Coach, motivate, and develop a team of inside sales reps and CSRs to consistently hit targets for quote success, turnaround time, follow-up discipline, and customer satisfaction.
- Build a culture of urgency, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Lead by example — you’ll be in the trenches with the team.
- Implement and track clear KPIs around quoting speed, accuracy, follow-up rates, and customer feedback.
- Deliver regular coaching, training, and recognition that drives measurable improvement.
- Strengthen processes so the team delivers fast, accurate, and VIP service every time.
Sales & Customer Experience Leadership
- Oversee daily quoting and customer communication across phone, email, and web inquiries.
- Ensure CSRs maintain lightning-fast order processing and proactive customer updates.
- Champion product knowledge initiatives that help the team sell with confidence and expertise.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–7+ years in inside sales or customer service, including 3+ years leading and developing a team
- Proven track record of coaching teams to hit measurable performance targets
- Strong communicator who can motivate, hold people accountable, and create positive energy
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Proficient in Excel and KPI tracking tools

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
