Job Summary:
An Agent Support Specialist will assist independent agents with questions regarding group health insurance products. The primary responsibility of the position is to be knowledgeable on the products and services that we offer to fully support our agent partners during their selling processes from start to finish.
Qualifications/Requirements-
- Strong customer service and relationship building skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s preferred
- Insurance experience
- Highly organized, articulate, and good communication
- Friendly, self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
Responsibilities-
- Health insurance certification and testing annually
- Patience to learn and willingness to educate others
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word & Outlook
- Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Face to face and virtual meetings with carrier representatives and agent clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills via emails and phone calls

The hours are Monday thru Thursday 8am-4:30pm and Friday 8am-1pm. We are fully open for business and working in the office following CDC guidelines and taking all safety precautions.
The position would require the individual to license/contract under URL as LOA and sign a non-compete.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
