Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Peri Operative for a 13-week travel assignment in Canton, Georgia. This is an excellent opportunity for an OR nurse looking for a consistent weekday schedule with no weekends listed.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to ensure patient safety.
- Prepare operating rooms, equipment, and surgical instruments.
- Monitor patients throughout the perioperative process.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and comply with hospital policies.
- Follow infection prevention and patient safety protocols.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum 2 years of recent Peri Operative experience.
- Current AHA BLS Certification.
- Current AHA ACLS Certification.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment.
Assignment Details
