Position Overview
enewton is seeking a dependable, personable, and detail-oriented Customer Experience Representative to join our growing team. This role is heavily focused on customer communication and support, with approximately 75% of the position dedicated to handling customer inquiries, questions, concerns, and order-related issues via phone and email.
The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with a wide variety of personalities, can remain calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoys helping people solve problems. The remaining portion of the role will involve working within spreadsheets, internal systems, and online tools to support customer orders, account management, and team operations.
This is a fully on-site position based in Atlanta, GA- North Buckhead area.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with questions regarding orders, products, shipping, repairs, and account information
- Handle customer concerns and complaints with patience, professionalism, and problem-solving skills
- Communicate with internal departments, and customers regarding order updates and resolutions
- Maintain accurate customer information and notes within company systems
- Work within spreadsheets and online platforms to track orders, customer communications, and account activity
- Assist with general administrative and operational support for the Customer Experience team
- Provide a positive and professional representation of the enewton brand
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or customer support experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable spending a large portion of the day on the phone
- Ability to manage difficult conversations professionally and calmly
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Computer proficiency required, including experience with spreadsheets and online systems
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
