Responsibilities-
Configure and manage CNC machinery to execute production runs according to technical specifications.

Analyze blueprints and engineering drawings to ensure parts meet exact design requirements.

Optimize machine performance by monitoring output and performing proactive equipment maintenance.

Drive operational excellence by troubleshooting technical issues and minimizing machine downtime.

Uphold a high-standard, safe, and orderly workspace to facilitate seamless production workflows.

Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve daily throughput targets and quality benchmarks.
Qualifications-
High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Foundational knowledge of CNC machine operation and mechanical systems.

Strong aptitude for reading technical documentation and blueprints.

Physical capability to stand for long durations and lift up to 50 lbs.

Proven ability to follow precise safety guidelines and operational procedures.

Completion of a vocational or technical training program in CNC machining.

Experience with precision measurement tools and quality inspection.

Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and manufacturing processes.
