We are looking for a Woodworker / Cabinet Maker at the journeyman-to-master craftsman level who has spent years mastering the craft and is ready to do some of the best work of their career. This is not an entry-level position.
What You'll Do
- Build custom casework and millwork across the full scope of production, from cut lists and milling to case construction and fine joinery
- Execute advanced traditional joinery, including mortise and tenon, dovetail, lock miter, and French miter, plus veneer and curved work
- Operate industrial machinery such as sliding table saws, mortisers, frame clamps, band saws, and shapers on interior and exterior millwork
- Own each project through completion, setting the finishing team up for success with the quality of your work
- Share your expertise with teammates and approach production challenges head-on
What We're Looking For
Required
- Five or more years of hands-on experience in millwork, casework, or fine furniture construction at a journeyman or master craftsman level
- Mastery of traditional and conventional joinery, with confident, safe operation of industrial woodworking machinery
- Proficiency in reading and working from architectural and shop drawings
- Ability to lift and carry 75 pounds and perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, and kneeling
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
- Experience with shaper setup and running straight and radius items
- A record of mentoring others and raising the standard around you
