Pay & Miles
- Average weekly pay: $1,600 - $1,800
- Annual earnings: $83,200 - $93,600
- CPM pay: $0.55 - $0.68 (based on experience)
- Average 2,800+ miles per week

Routes & Freight
- Home weekly or every other week
- Consistent lanes designed to maximize home time

Equipment
- Late-model Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworths
- Most trucks are 2 years old or newer
- Automatic transmission options available
- Dry van, reefer, and intermodal freight
- Assigned trucks available on regional and dedicated routes
- No slip seating
Responsibilities
- Operate a CDL-A dry van tractor-trailer on dedicated regional routes
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT requirements
- Maintain accurate ELD logs and all required documentation
- Follow DOT and California state regulations and company safety standards
- Ensure on-time delivery on assigned lanes

Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 120 hours of CDL school training
- Current DOT medical card
- Clean driving record
- No experience required
- Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
