Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join a growing dental team in the DFW area. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, skilled at building relationships, and confident discussing treatment plans and financial options with patients.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Present treatment plans and explain procedures to patients
- Discuss financial arrangements and payment options
- Verify insurance benefits and assist patients in understanding coverage
- Coordinate patient scheduling and treatment follow-ups
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with patients
- Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and administrative staff
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support practice goals through excellent customer service and patient communication
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator preferred
- Experience in a dental office or healthcare environment required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable discussing treatment costs and financing options
- Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes preferred
- Proficient with dental practice management software
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
