We are seeking an Account Manager to support external sales, client relationships and day-to-day operations within an international pharmaceutical sourcing organization. This role is responsible for managing external sales, ongoing client accounts, coordinating operational workflows, and ensuring a high-quality client and member experience across all touchpoints.
The Account Manager works closely with internal teams to support onboarding, implementation, sourcing requests, reporting, and invoicing, while also contributing to process improvements and quality assurance efforts. This position is well-suited for a detail-oriented professional who is organized, communicative, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesAccount Management & Client Support
- Manage assigned client accounts and maintain ongoing client relationships.
- Support client onboarding and implementation processes.
- Manage eligibility updates and client terminations accurately and timely.
- Coordinate and track client sourcing requests.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for routine client communications.
Operations Support & Quality Management
- Support operational workflows, including batching and coordination of internal processes.
- Manage and assist with client escalations in collaboration with internal teams.
- Ensure a positive customer and member experience through consistent communication and follow-through.
- Participate in process and scripting improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Perform quality assurance reviews of member communications and outreach efforts.
Marketing Support
- Assist with the development and maintenance of general company marketing materials.
- Support website updates and content upkeep related to client-facing information.
Reporting & Invoicing
- Prepare and distribute monthly client reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support client invoicing processes and assist with related client inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in account management, client services, operations, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfort working with evolving processes and systems.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated industries is a plus but not required.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
