About the Role
We are seeking a Vx Therapy Lead to join our team. This position will play an integral
role in our clinical team by working closely with the Vx Therapy Manager to provide
direct oversight of Vx Therapy Navigator staff and use authority to make patient- and/or
program-related decisions that support the program, clinical staff, and program
leadership.
Responsibilities
- Provides input and recommendations for program planning, implementation,
management, and evaluation activities ensuring compliance with
organizational policies and standards
- Monitors caseloads, directs scheduling, and serves as emergency on-call
back-up support to Vx Therapy Navigator staff
- Provides direct leadership to the Vx Therapy Navigator staff by providing
coverage for all time zones where staff are located and being available to
answer questions, review documentation, and assist with emergency
situations as needed
- Oversees documentation of Vx Therapy Navigator staff and works closely with
the Vx Therapy Manager to assist with audits of clinical charts to ensure
adherence to organizational policies and standards
- Uses authority to make recommendations and provide input on hiring,
training, and performance evaluations
- Uses independent judgement in alignment with the Vx Therapy Manager’s
discretion to provide direct supervision, direction, and mentorship as needed to
Vx Therapy Navigator staff
- Uses independent judgement in alignment with the Vx Therapy Manager’s
discretion to evaluate, adjust, and provide direction to the clinical
onboarding staff to appropriately caseload Vx Therapy Navigators based
on referral volume and current capacity
- Leads all meetings, assignments, process improvement, and quality
improvement initiatives assigned by program leadership
- Performs oversight and quality assurance-related tasks for patient
education and onboarding functions, including direct supervision,
leadership, and feedback for the clinical onboarding staff
- Uses independent judgement in alignment with the Vx Therapy Manager’s
discretion to review, evaluate, and approve/deny Vx Therapy Navigator
requests for patient extensions and other specific scenarios related to
patient care
- Leads efforts to create, edit, and update Standard Operating Procedures
for the clinical department as well as sales, marketing, and/or patient
materials as needed at the direction of the Vx Therapy Manager
- Provides and/or coordinates Vx Therapy Navigator training and
preceptorship, including supervision, feedback, and guidance on patient
care-related tasks and general expectations
- Performs direct external-facing needs such as investor calls, customer calls,
presentations, trainings, etc., at the direction of the Vx Therapy Manager
- Regularly directs miscellaneous administrative functions and provides
recommendations consistent with the needs of the program under the
direction of the Vx Therapy Manager such as evaluating compliance of PTO
requests per HMT policy, sick/emergency leave, evaluating patient
extension requests, etc.
- Available to travel as assigned for work-related needs
- Directly leads and supports development, quality assurance, and
implementation of HMT systems and platforms related to the clinical
department and patient care
- Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in behavioral health, mental health, social work, psychology,
or related field
- 3+ years of post-graduate clinical experience
- 1+ years of involvement with supervisory/management experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $72,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
