Job Title: Custom Sign Fabricator
Location: Denver Metro Area, Colorado
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (overtime as needed)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Custom Sign Fabricator to join our growing team in the
Denver Metro Area. This hands-on position involves the construction, assembly, and finishing of a wide
range of interior and exterior custom signs, including channel letters, monument signs, dimensional
letters, and more. The ideal candidate has experience in sign fabrication, strong mechanical skills, and a
commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Fabricate and assemble signs from drawings, blueprints, or design specifications
Cut, bend, weld, and finish aluminum and steel for various sign types
Work with vinyl, acrylic, LED lighting, plastics, and other sign materials
Operate tools and equipment including shears, brakes, welders, routers, and saws
Perform electrical wiring of signs with LED or fluorescent components
Ensure all signs are fabricated to company standards and local code requirements
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Collaborate with design, permitting, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in sign fabrication or metalworking
Proficiency in MIG welding (TIG is a plus)
Familiarity with hand and power tools, including shears, brakes, routers, and drills
Ability to read shop drawings and blueprints
Knowledge of UL standards and sign code compliance (preferred)
Valid Colorado driver’s license with clean record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods
Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
Experience with CNC routers, channel letter benders, or laser cutters
Forklift certification
Familiarity with sign installation
Electrical wiring experience for illuminated signs

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
