Wingtip Partners is actively hiring Maintenance Engineers I, II, and III for hotel properties. Whether you’re just getting started in hotel maintenance or you’re an experienced engineer capable of handling complex repairs, we’d love to hear from you.

Positions Available
Maintenance Engineer I (Entry Level)
Ideal for candidates with basic maintenance knowledge who are eager to learn.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform preventative maintenance throughout the property.
- Complete basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
- Replace light bulbs, air filters, batteries, and hardware.
- Assist senior engineers with larger maintenance projects.
- Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Maintenance Engineer II (Intermediate)
For candidates with previous hotel, apartment, or commercial maintenance experience.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance on guest rooms and public areas.
- Complete work orders independently.
- Maintain maintenance logs and documentation.
- Assist with vendor coordination and equipment inspections.
- Mentor entry-level maintenance staff when needed.
Maintenance Engineer III (Senior)
For highly experienced maintenance professionals capable of leading complex repairs.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Troubleshoot major building systems.
- Repair commercial HVAC, boilers, pumps, motors, electrical panels, and mechanical equipment.
- Coordinate larger maintenance projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and preventative maintenance programs.
- Train and support junior maintenance engineers.
- Assist management with capital improvement projects and emergency response.
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance experience preferred (hotel experience is a plus).
- Experience level will determine placement into Engineer I, II, or III.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Schedule
- Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available.
- Day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts depending on the property.
