Cole’s Flea Market is looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable Concessions & Beer Service Team Members.

Greet guests, take orders, and provide friendly customer service.

Prepare and serve food, desserts, alcoholic beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks based on assigned location.

Verify identification and follow all responsible alcohol-service requirements.

Operate the point-of-sale system and process payments accurately.
-
Count money, provide correct change, and maintain cash-drawer accountability.
-
Restock food, beverages, condiments, ice, utensils, and other supplies.
-
Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked service areas.
-
Follow all food safety, sanitation, alcohol-service, and equipment procedures.
-
Complete opening and closing duties.
-
Assist in other Food and Beverage areas as needed.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Previous concessions, food service, cashier, bartending, or hospitality experience is preferred.

Strong customer service, communication, and basic math skills.

Dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-
Bilingual English and Spanish skills are a plus.
-
TABC Seller-Server and Food Handler certifications, or the ability to obtain them within the required timeframe.

Weekend, holiday, and special-event availability as scheduled.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
-
Ability to bend, reach, crouch, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks.

Ability to safely lift and move supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures.
