Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled PIC Pharmacist to join our dynamic healthcare team specifically for our Eutaw, AL location. As the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC), you will oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and deliver exceptional patient care. Your leadership will help optimize medication management processes, support clinical initiatives, and foster a patient-centered environment. Work Listing:
- Maintain full operational knowledge of the pharmacy software.
- Provide patient care, including (not limited to) accurately filling and verifying Rx’s, counseling on Rx’s and lifestyle modifications, and communicating with prescribers and other providers.
- Recommend appropriate OTC therapies.
- Ensure maximum profitability of Rx’s filled, while providing patients with the most appropriate therapy.
- Supervise technicians and front-of-store employees and verify all technicians’ work.
- Appropriately delegate responsibility to other employees.
- Manage workflow.
- Efficiently manage the store’s prescription inventory.
- Manage and grow the store’s sync program.
- Practice compliance of all applicable pharmacy laws, rules and ordinances, both state and federal.

- Dispense prescriptions accurately, providing patient counseling.
- Greet customers in a friendly manner, by name.
- Follow the activities provided by management to maximize profitability and efficiency.

- Communicate clearly: If you need help or tools to complete tasks, let management know immediately. If the pharmacy team needs direction, give it promptly and clearly.

- Must be a licensed pharmacist in good standing and current with any requirements to maintain license by state and federal laws
