You’re at manager level with around 5 years of experience, this is one of those roles that gives you far more than another seat preparing returns.
You'll work with domestic and international businesses, particularly in real estate and technology. You'll handle 1040s and business returns, review more complex work, get involved with sales tax, tax provisions and financial statements, and gradually take on more responsibility as you grow.
They're looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team and values being in the office. Hybrid works can be offered too but they’ve found in office is what works best. It's a collaborative environment where people bounce ideas around instead of working on an island.
You don't need a CPA or EA. What matters is solid tax knowledge, good judgement, attention to detail and the ambition to become a bigger part of the business over time. Solid public accounting experience needed in a CPA firm environment.
