We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Handyman / Load Helper to join our team. This dual-role position includes assisting with general maintenance tasks as well as physical labor such as loading, unloading, and transporting materials or equipment. The ideal candidate is versatile, hands-on, and takes pride in doing quality work.
Responsibilities:
Handyman Duties:
Perform basic repairs including drywall patching, painting, minor plumbing, and carpentry

Assemble furniture, fixtures, or equipment as needed

Conduct routine inspections and maintenance

Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner

Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently

Load Helper Duties:
Assist in loading and unloading materials, equipment, or furniture

Move items safely between locations or job sites

Operate dollies, hand trucks, and other moving equipment

Secure items for transport and help maintain vehicle/workspace organization

Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads

Requirements:
Previous experience in general maintenance or handyman work preferred

Ability to lift and carry up to 50+ lbs repeatedly

Familiarity with basic tools and equipment

Good physical stamina and willingness to work indoors and outdoors

Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality

Ability to work well in a team and take direction
