Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled and reliable Pool Technicians to join our team. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing swimming pools and related equipment. This is a hands-on position that requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work independently.
Duties:
- Perform routine pool maintenance tasks, including cleaning and vacuuming pools
- Test water chemistry and adjust chemical levels as needed
- Inspect and Report to manager any pool equipment issues
- Maintain accurate records of pool maintenance activities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous experience in pool cleaning or maintenance not required but preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to operate hand tools effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
- Canidate's must have strong dependable work ethic
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
