The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the day-to-day oversight and maintenance of all plant operating equipment and facility buildings. Install, repair and maintain plant and process equipment for production, facilities and material handling. Perform preventative and and predictive maintenance tasks as identified in site procedures. Coordinates with and assists all production workers to ensure required tasks are completed to meet production goals.
- Follows all safety rules and safe operating practices.
- Maintain and encourage all housekeeping
- Be and effective team member and help others/perform a variety of functions daily as required to assist
- Job function may require training of new employees
- Install and qualify production equipment
- Perform routine and complex repair issues such as pumps, motors, gear boxes, mixers and other machinery
- Communicate daily with updates and needs of repair issues
-Ability to troubleshoot complex machining and assembly
- Physical demands include lifting 50+lb, forklift, constant standing and moving.
- May be required to work on weekends occasionally as needed for repairs.
-Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks and adjust priorities as necessary.
- Demonstrate leadership with a “can do” attitude and lead by example

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Experience:
