```Job Summary```
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard Worker to join our team. As a Yard Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with the organization and maintenance of our yard and warehouse. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
```Responsibilities```
- Perform general yard duties, including but not limited to: sorting, organizing, and stacking materials
- Operate various equipment such as lift trucks, forklifts, clamp trucks, reach trucks, and pallet jacks
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular counts and reconciling discrepancies
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in materials handling or warehouse operations preferred
- Proficiency in operating lift trucks, forklifts, clamp trucks, reach trucks, and pallet jacks
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must pass a pre-employment screening for the hiring process
