Responsibilities:
As a Dealership IT Support Specialist, your duties will include:

Maintaining and troubleshooting our Microsoft environment, including software and hardware issues across all dealership locations.

Managing relationships with IT vendors, ensuring services and products meet our standards and needs.

Overseeing the installation, configuration, and support of dealership-specific software such as CDK.

Providing field service support, including setting up and configuring printers, scanners, PCs, and other technology equipment.

Ensuring all IT-related operations adhere to industry standards and company policies.

Collaborating with the IT team to develop and implement IT strategies that enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will:

Have proven experience in IT support, preferably with exposure to dealership or automotive industry environments.

Be knowledgeable in Microsoft environments, dealership-specific software (e.g., CDK), and general IT hardware.

Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues.

Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing vendor relationships and supporting non-technical staff.

Be self-motivated with the ability to work independently across multiple dealership locations.

Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field service responsibilities.

Educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
