What This Role Looks Like:
You’ll start as a Back-of-House Barista in Training, with the opportunity to transition into an On-Bar Barista role after roughly 90 days. From day one, regardless of prior experience, we want every team member to build a solid understanding of our culture, workflow, and standards. We’re looking for humble, reliable team players who enjoy working in a fast-paced setting. While prior experience is helpful, what matters most is a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and a dedication to maintaining our standards.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and master our core and seasonal drink menus
- Prepare all drinks with quality, consistency, and care
- Create memorable guest experiences—bonus if you remember names and favorite orders
- Support your team across various roles and responsibilities
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and inventory
- Participate in required trainings and ongoing development
- Remain calm, focused, and professional under pressure

Requirements:
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
- Open availability, including weekends (we are not hiring seasonal-only staff)
- Willingness to start from foundational training
- Valid WA Food Handler’s Card prior to first shift
- Strong attendance, punctuality, and communication skills

Work Environment:
This in-store position is located in Woodinville, where you will work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced café environment. You should be comfortable being on your feet for up to 10 hours, moving frequently, and occasionally lifting over 40 lbs.
