Position Title: Admin Assistant
Location: Conestoga Valley Annex, 2112 Horseshoe Rd, Lancaster, PA 17601, USA
Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 1 PM (Hybrid; 3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
Position Overview
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring the office runs efficiently and smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain schedules, calendars, and appointments
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Organize and maintain filing systems (both digital and physical)
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and note-taking
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense tracking
- Monitor and order office supplies
- Support basic bookkeeping or data entry tasks
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
