Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and leadership-driven Concrete Ready Mix Batch Plant Manager to oversee our daily production operations. You will manage the entire batching process, supervise plant personnel, ensure strict quality control, and maintain a safe, efficient facility. The ideal candidate has deep technical knowledge of ready-mix concrete production, strong mechanical aptitude, and a proven track record of team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily plant operations, scheduling, and batching systems.
- Ensure all concrete mixes meet precise technical specs and quality standards.
- Supervise, train, and schedule deliveries, mixer drivers, and plant personnel.
- Oversee raw material inventory, ordering aggregates, cement, and admixtures.
- Coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely, accurate delivery to job sites.
- Implement and enforce OSHA and environmental safety regulations.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and minor mechanical repairs on plant equipment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ready-mix concrete plant operations.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or plant management role.
- Proficiency and experience with batching software.
- Strong knowledge of concrete mix designs, aggregates, and QA/QC testing.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class A or B CDL is a strong plus).
- NRMCA Plant Manager Certification preferred. [1, 2]

Pay: $1,500.00 - $1,800.00 per week
