Why Compass?
Compass is not a traditional classroom environment.
Our educators have the opportunity to teach academics while also helping students build businesses, explore nature, work in the garden, participate in clubs, collaborate on projects, read and discuss great books, and develop skills they will use far beyond the classroom.
We are looking for an educator who sees learning as something that can happen inside the classroom, outside in the garden, through a book discussion, during a project, or while helping a child turn an idea into something real.
If you are ready to step away from the ordinary and help create a meaningful, personalized educational experience for children, we would love to hear from you.
