We are seeking a driven, sales-oriented professional who thrives in client-facing
environments and is motivated by performance.
Position Overview
The Luxury Sales Associate & Brand Ambassador is responsible for driving product sales,
delivering an elevated client experience, and actively generating new customer traffic
through daily in-person engagement.
This is a performance-oriented role that blends luxury retail sales, brand ambassadorship,
and store operations.
Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
Deliver exceptional in-store client experience while actively driving fragrance and
grooming product sales
Engage pedestrians outside the storefront for approximately two hours per day to
introduce the Barberino’s brand, offer fragrance trials, and distribute experiential
vouchers
Convert outreach initiatives into measurable sales and client acquisition results
Maintain luxury visual merchandising and overall store presentation standards
Operate POS system and accurately process transactions
Manage incoming calls, appointment coordination, and client flow
Receive, unpack, and process incoming inventory shipments
Maintain stockroom organization and ensure consistent product replenishment on
the sales floor
Execute opening and closing store procedures
Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and organization, including daily
dusting, floor care, and restroom upkeep
Perform occasional store-related errands and operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
Minimum 18 months of retail sales experience required
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience in fragrance, beauty, luxury, or premium retail preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Confident initiating conversations with new clients and passersby
Professional appearance aligned with luxury brand standards
Reliable, punctual, and performance-driven
