Registered Nurse (RN) – PRN/As Needed
Prosperity Ridge Enterprises LLC is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on an as-needed (PRN) basis.
Requirements:
Current, active North Carolina RN license
Valid government-issued photo ID
Current CPR/BLS certification
Up-to-date immunizations (including any required health records)
Reliable transportation
Professional liability insurance (if applicable)
Ability to pass a background check
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Complete client assessments
Perform required nursing evaluations and reassessments
Maintain accurate documentation
Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency policies
Applicants must be prepared to provide all required documentation, including identification, nursing license, certifications, and any other onboarding paperwork.
